Business & Project Analyst

European Energy is an international company in exponential growth. We develop, build and operate wind and solar parks globally as well as Power-to-X and energy storage projects. Consequently, we play a significant role in resolving the climate issues by reducing the world’s CO2 emissions. Our HQ is in Søborg with a view of Copenhagen. We are around 300 employees with 25 different nationalities and have installed green energy projects for over 18 billion DKK since 2004.
As our new Business & Project Analyst, you will work with a wide range of tasks. You will be involved in the cost planning of our wind and solar projects and support the overall financial planning through financial analysis and modelling. You will work closely with other departments across the company to successfully monitor our projects and contribute to our overall financing efforts.
As a person, you have great understanding of business and how companies operate financially. You have experience with financial planning and analysis and enjoy working on various tasks at once. You have strong communication skills and find yourself working well with internal stakeholders across departments and at all levels. You moreover thrive working in an international and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Short- and long-term financial planning
- Financial analysis and modelling
- Investment analysis and decision support
- Performance monitoring and reporting of construction activities in particular
Your Profile
- You have 2-5 years of experience within financial analysis or business controlling
- You hold a master’s degree or Graduate Diploma within finance or economics
- You have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- You possess strong communication skills
- You have full professional proficiency in English.
- Experience with project accounting and financial models is an advantage
- Experience with project monitoring in a project driven business is an advantage
