Student Assistant in HR
Are you a motivated student with an interest in HR administration. Do you have experience with a wide range of HR admin tasks? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for to join our HR team.
European Energy is an international company in an exponential growth. We develop, construct and operate wind and solar parks globally as well as work on Power-to-X and energy storage projects. Consequently, we play a significant role in resolving the climate issues by reducing the world’s CO2 emissions. European Energy has more than 320 employees from 27 nations and since 2004 we have installed green energy projects for over 15 billion DKK. Our HQ is in Søborg and has a view of Copenhagen.
You will be an important part of our HR team, consisting of 7 full-time employees and 1 student assistant. Since the company is experiencing a fast growth, you will have an opportunity to shape how various HR processes are managed. You will play a key role in coordinating and executing HR administrative tasks and ensuring that HR delivers a high quality and professional service to all European Energy employees and managers.
You will have your own tasks. However, being a small team, we are highly dependent on teamwork and therefore everyone pitches in and covers for each other when needed.

We expect you to be working 15-20 hours a week and will of course be flexible during exam periods.

Main responsibilities
- Supporting the maintenance and optimization of our SharePoint intranet such as updating guidelines, policies and templates as well as posting news articles
- Participating in the regular internal communication tasks
- Supporting the HR team with general administrative tasks that are critical in ensuring smooth operations, including entering and updating employee master data, scanning, archiving, and organizing employee related data in our various information systems
- Coordinating new employee on-boarding with hiring managers
- Participating in optimizing and digitalizing our administrative processes
- Arranging company events
Your profile
- You might be at the end of your bachelor’s in Business Administration and Psychology or a similar field or have just started your master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and Psychology or Strategy, Organization & Leadership (SOL) but any background with an interest in HR is welcome
- Able to work independently while also supporting the team when needed
- An eye for details and ability to follow through on tasks
- High level of accountability and service mindedness
- Fluent in written and spoken English
