Event Coordinator (part-time)
Are you driven by coordinating and planning large events, and do you like to work with various stakeholders? Would you like to work in a social working environment and be part of a renewable energy company in rapid growth? Then you are our new Event Coordinator.
European Energy is a Danish privately owned company in rapid growth. We cover the entire value chain within wind and solar (PV) projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, and divestment. Our company of over 380 employees handles a pipeline of more than 15.0 GW of renewable energy in various project stages. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities at our HQ in Copenhagen and our offices in Sweden, the UK, Germany, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, and Spain. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil-free society.
As our new Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning our annual EE Company Trip in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as support the planning of various ongoing events.

The position is temporary until October 2022 but with possibility of extension.
Work hours: Approx. 15 hours per week with more work in some periods

As our new Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning our annual EE Company Trip in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as support the planning of various ongoing events.
Tasks:
- Plan the EE Company Trip 2022 which will take place in September
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Management, HR, and Communications
- Establish a partnership and coordinate the planning with external stakeholders including travel agency and local event company
- Assist with arranging other company events such as Friday get-togethers
Your profile:
- You have experience with planning and coordinating different events
- You are very organized and have a structured approach to planning
- You have an extrovert personality and enjoys being in center of the action
- You are a relationship-builder and enjoys working with various stakeholders
- You speak English at a professional level
