Welcome to Finance Development
Finance Development is a small team in Finance, currently consisting of the Head of Finance Development and you, our new colleague. The two of you own and develop our financial data warehouse and work in close collaboration with the Accounting and Controlling team as your main customers. The main goal is to optimize how we collect and use the financial data to be able to work smarter, and to deliver high quality management reports. We are looking for you who are ready to be our subject matter expert on the system part.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist with skills within financial procedures, and an interest in design and improvement of financial reports. You will be the primary responsible for our financial data warehouse, and responsible for getting the most analytical power from our ERP system, project management system, and other data. If you are ready to engage yourself in a broad role improving our financial data transparency and quality, this might be the ideal next career move for you.

As a person you have an analytical mindset and a solid understanding of data sources and -processes. You have a thorough and structured way of working and take pride in quality ensuring your work. Further, you have a natural way of building relations across the organization and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop content of the financial data warehouse
- Design financial reports based on user requirements
- Support business finance budgeting and reporting
- Implement data requirements in registration systems
- Analyze data quality and communicate results to data owners
- Key contact to external data warehouse consultants and other consultants
Your profile
- You have 3+ years of experience within Business Intelligence within Finance
- You have a degree in Data Analysis, Accounting or Finance
- You have experience with database management and data interfaces
- You have a solid understanding of finance data
- You are fluent in English
