Student Assistant, Latin American Market

Currently, we have a development pipeline exceeding 25 GW and operate globally with our headquarter located in Copenhagen and local offices in 16 other countries, primarily in Europe. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil free society.
You will be part of our Project Department, which handles the development of our projects globally. As our Student Assistant, you will work from our office in Søborg with a specific focus on our business in Brazil. The role encompasses a variety of tasks including document controlling and hands-on administrative tasks, as well as strategic, commercial, and technical tasks.
In collaboration with experienced and motivated colleagues, you will support the development of wind and solar (PV) projects, which will give you a technical, financial, and administrative understanding of renewable energy assets, and you will have plenty of opportunities to contribute with internal and external workstreams in this role.
We seek a service-minded, team-oriented yet independent and motivated person, who thrives in an international environment and has attention to details. It is important that you show flexibility and have good problem-solving skills, as you will be working in a high-paced and multidisciplinary environment.

Hours: 15-20 hours a week divided into at least 2 flexible block shifts per week at the HQ in Søborg, Denmark

Areas of responsibility
- Support of the administrative tasks for the Latin American Project Team, including company/bank registrations, correspondence circulation, data management, assistance in contract management, assistance in elaborating/reviewing corporate documentation, archiving of documents for wind/solar projects etc.
- Support for the development of existing projects (wind/solar), including general Project Manager assistance etc.
- Ad-hoc commercial and technical project tasks
- Research activities related to market regulations
Your profile
- You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree at university level or an equivalent institution within the field of business administration, law, economics, finance, sustainability or similar with at least 1,5 years left to graduation
- English and Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory
- You are skilled in MS Office
- Knowledge in the renewable energy industry, primarily wind and solar, is seen as an advantage
