Dutch speaking Student Assistant – Project Development

European Energy is a green company in exponential growth. We develop, construct, and operate projects within solar- (PV) and wind farms globally, as well as Power-to-X. You will be part of our young and motivated Dutch Project team, which handles the planning and development of our projects across the Netherlands. We are a small and agile team, consisting of six colleagues located in Copenhagen and Utrecht. We value mutual respect, have fun working with and learning from each other and are motivated by our goal to make the green energy transition in the Netherlands happen.
As our new Student Assistant, you will work from our office in Søborg with European Energy’s growing business in the Netherlands. You will see yourself in an environment with a big variation of tasks – ranging from hands-on administrative tasks to more strategic commercial and technical project and stakeholder management related tasks.
In cooperation with your highly experienced and motivated commercial, legal and technical colleagues, you will contribute with the development of our wind, PV and Power-to-X development projects, which will give you the opportunity to quickly become familiar with socio-economic, technical as well as financial and administrative details of our renewable energy assets and contribute to manage internal and external workstreams.
While this position is meant as a part-time job next to your studies, it offers the opportunity for a following full-time employment after your graduation either at our HQ in Søborg or in our office in Utrecht.

Areas of responsibility
- Support with the development of existing projects (wind/solar/Power-to-X)
- Support with the identification of new projects
- Ad hoc commercial and technical analyses
- General market & new technologies potential research
- Administrative tasks related to our Dutch branch
Prerequisites to progress in the job
- You are currently studying a bachelor or master at university level or an equivalent institution within engineering, sustainability, economics, finance or similar preferable with at least 1 year left before graduation.
- You have technical and commercial understanding
- You are fully proficient in Dutch and English
- You are an expert user in MS Office
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, primarily in wind and solar technologies is an advantage
