Would you like to gain valuable and relevant job experience working with technical performance and optimization of solar parks? Then you might be our new Student Assistant in Operations Management.

European Energy is an international green energy company in exponential growth. In 2022, we have already expanded with 270 new colleagues, now being more almost 700 enthusiastic and professional employees. We have a student community with more than 70 of our students participating in development talks and social events. European Energy is a company experiencing rapid growth, and you will get experience with various tasks of running and optimizing a solar park from the technical side.
You will get an essential role in the Operations Management team. Our main objectives are the operation of numerous solar projects in Denmark, the coordination of maintenance activities, and the reporting to our customers on the performance of their assets.

You will get an essential role in the Operations Management team. Our main objectives are the operation of numerous solar projects in Denmark, the coordination of maintenance activities, and the reporting to our customers on the performance of their assets.
Main responsibilities
- You will assist the O&M Coordinators in their activities around our portfolio in Denmark
- You will monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the operating solar parks
- You will help to improve our efficiency in the maintenance of the solar parks
- You will supervise maintenance campaigns and follow up on results and discoveries
Profile
- You are currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s at the university level or an equivalent institution within Technical, Environmental, Renewables, or similar
- You have a genuine interest in the technical side of operating a solar park
- You are proficient in English, oral and written – if you speak Danish this is a benefit
- You are a confident user of common Microsoft 365 products and have the first experience in PowerBI/Tableau
- As a person you are friendly, curious, and eager to learn.
