For our client based in the greater Copenhagen area, who has a strong international footprint in their market segment, we are searching for a CTO with a solid software development skillset.

Key Responsibilities
You will be leading a small team of developers. The team – working solely out of Denmark – will in close cooperation with a team of subject matter experts from the business part of the company develop and maintain the technical platform.

The CTO is a top management role, reporting to our client’s CEO, and responsible for the following areas:
- Software Development
- UX design and user journey
- Software Strategy
- Software Architecture
- IT Operations
- DevOps
- Platform availability and reliability
- Platform scalability
- Internal IT support
- Leadership and management of the software development team
We are looking for
- A CTO holding a university degree in Computer Science or similar
- A CTO with a minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience within development and IT architecture
- Experience with software and large-scale platform architecture
- Experience with Azure cloud
- Experience with Full-stack C# and .NET developer skills
- Experience with digital innovation
- Experience with Data querying and analysis
- A CTO with several years of experience leading teams working with SCRUM and Agile
