TrackMan's purpose is to provide leading sports technology and data which improves athlete performance and enhances the enjoyment of playing sports for all. We strive towards continuing to revolutionize the sports technology industry, and we know the key to success is our people! As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role by finding, contacting, and building effective relationships with candidates. The role is newly created.

Our Team

Our HR team is lean but agile and consists of an HR Operations Coordinator, a Payroll Specialist, Head of HR, and the newly created Talent Acquisition Specialist. We have our individual responsibilities but work closely to support and leverage each other's strengths. As your leader, I promise to do my very best to make you succeed every day. The Job

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in attracting and recruiting the best talent as we continue to grow our business. Your primary responsibility is to:

  • Find, contact, and build effective relationships with passive job seekers in hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn and alternative search and recruiting techniques. Many of these are within Research & Development.
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the role requirements and where to find a qualified pool of talents.
  • Handle the initial screening and deliver long-listed candidates to hiring managers for selected roles.

You will also contribute to our Employer Branding activities. You will:

  • Handle community management, content management, and ad-hoc activity on channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Communication and Research & Development in preparing and hosting external events for our target groups.
  • Contribute to a good onboarding experience for our new employees.
