Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The pharmaceutical industry has been changing and actors are more than ever focusing on optimizing existing productions to deliver a higher output rather than building new production facilities. In NNE, we believe this market change creates an excellent opportunity, and to support our customers in the best possible way, we made it a part of our strategy to improve our customers’ operational excellence.
In our Operational Excellence team we work in cross-disciplinary teams with specialist from various technical areas. We use elements from design thinking and design sprints to rapidly identify solutions that meet our customers pre-defined objectives.
The Job:
As part of the team you will be supporting the delivery of our services with a primary objective to guide the team in identifying breakthrough improvements to achieve customer objectives such as lowering production costs or increasing manufacturing output.
You will plan and drive the execution together with skilled technical leads, account directors and facilitators. You will do so with a strong focus on delivering an output that inspire and create relevant value for our customers, which is where your understanding of business drivers come into play.
You will use your facilitation skills, or assist another facilitator, and apply tools and work methods inspired from design thinking, design sprints or similar to ensure that we not only deliver sound solutions but also provide outstanding customer experiences with proven financial benefit.

Required Qualifications: The Experience:
- experience with production optimization, operational excellence or management consulting
- experience or familiarity with a highly regulated production environment such as chemical, food, pharmaceuticals, etc.
- familiarity with methodologies such as design thinking, design sprints, etc.
- masters degree in Business, Engineering or similar
- languages: English and preferably Danish, but not a requirement

- has a commercial / business mindset and understand how to create value for customers and NNE
- is confident in identifying, developing and communicating high level business cases of various types based on limited information

- has a proven ability to communicate and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
