If yes, join us at nne! We are currently looking for a pro-active Student Assistant with a passion for communication and with a can-do attitude. We offer 15-20 hours pr. week and of course flexibility around exam periods and holidays.
At nne we run fast, we have around 1.500 projects a year, and a lot of stories to tell. We are an international company, specialized in pharma engineering and we help pharmaceutical companies bring products to market by providing flexible, sustainable, and future-proof solutions.

Process & Facility Design consist of different technical departments, all working on designing the most efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable pharma facilities. You will have a cross-disciplinary role, who’s responsibility is to collect knowledge across disciplines, and communicate this to internal and external stakeholders. You will also help us solve day-to-day tasks that supports the team. We promise you a steep learning curve! </p

How you might spend your days
Text related tasks:
- Manage the monthly Process & Facility Design newsletter
- Reach out to the different departments and write articles for the newsletter
- Collect and write day-to-day stories for internal and external communication purposes
Creative content:
- Create video content
- Create external and internal power point presentations
- Setting up internal news on our employee portal
Practical tasks:
- Setting up/ preparing for internal and external meetings
- Book travels/flights
- Help every month with onboarding of new employees

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You are in the process of studying in areas such as communication or business
- Excellent writing skills in both Danish and English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Advantage if you have some experience with InDesign or similar
- Some knowledge of or experience with pharma industry is an advantage
