How you might spend your days
As Senior Quality Engineer in the Validation department, you'll be working with skilled, professional, and enthusiastic colleagues throughout the company. You'll be:
- Working on projects with engineers and specialist from different disciplines
- Taking the lead on several validation tasks such as concept development, design review, supplier assessments, FAT, SAT, qualification, PQ, etc.
- Prepare documentation in all project phases
- Conduct meetings and workshops with customers and colleagues
- A go-to person and a sparring partner for colleagues of all seniorities
- Having the possibility to participate in technology groups, knowledge sharing and courses and conferences (both internal and external)

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- A degree in pharmacy or engineering within e.g. chemistry, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical production
- 3+ years of experience in the life science/biotech industry
- Fluency in English required
