What you'll do
In nne we merge our engineering expertise with design thinking and service design to design engineering solutions that match our customers’ needs. We support customers with projects throughout their production lifecycle, ranging from early front-end stages of investment projects, through design, ramp-up and operation of their pharma facilities.
As Innovation facilitator you will assist our team of highly skilled pharma engineers throughout this customer project lifecycle. In short intense projects you will guide the use of design thinking tools, design sprints, and agile frameworks to facilitate decision processes with our customers and our team of pharma engineers. Your tasks will range from defining needs, brainstorming, planning, sparring with colleagues and facilitating workshops.
By applying our customer experience principles of e.g., Empathy, Visualisation, Outside Perspectives and Continuous Alignment in our projects, you will help our project teams co-create the right engineering solutions that match our customers’ need, help our customers to take the right business decisions, as well as help us provide them with an outstanding customer experience.
Together with the rest of the team you will also contribute to further develop our customer experience principles, our design thinking and Agile toolboxes, and the related implementation within the organisation. All with the aim of providing our customers with cost-effective and innovative engineering solutions.
Being a Facilitator in nne also include the responsibility to support nne’s strategic ambition of being technology frontrunners. You will support our technology development initiatives with guidance and facilitation of innovation or Agile processes to improve our technology competences and solutions.

You will join a dedicated team of decision design leads & innovation facilitators who have a broad interface with employees in Front-End, Project Execution and across nne’s technical disciplines. We work in a matrix organization where teams are set for each individual project/task. sharing experience, ideas and providing sparring is part of the way we work in the team. The Decision Design team consist of employees with different technical backgrounds and profiles. We strive to use these differences proactively to ensure that we all continuously learn and grow individually – and as a team. We also hope to learn from you!

The miles you’ve walked

- Master’s degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in process facilitation/innovation facilitation or a related field.
- Experience with design thinking, design sprints and/or agile work methods
- Experience with pharma industry an advantage
