The job
As a Procurement Development Specialist within the Procurement Center of Expertise, your overall objective is to develop, plan and facilitate the implementation of the procurement capability building program and to ensure a strong, clear and structured communication around the procurement strategy implementation and overall achievements.
Moreover, you will:
- Execute on the capability building program roadmap.
- Explore internal & external potentials and plan the further development of the capability building program.
- Ensure proactive and clear communication on the procurement strategy execution internally and on our various communication channels to the rest of the business.
- Identify improvement potential and execute to create value.
This position is tightly linked to the Procurement strategy’s implementation what will require to follow closely its execution and update consequently the procurement roadmap.
Your qualifications
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business & Development, Communication or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement or in the field of human resources or strategic communication.
- Preferably experience within change management and organizational transformation
- Extensive experience in PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
We expect you to be focused towards improvement and have a natural trend to challenge the status-quo. You should be able to work independently and drive initiatives on your own.
You have strong communication skills and you like to work in an international environment, where objectives and priorities are under continuous development.
Your new team
You will join the Procurement Center of Expertise and its seven dedicated, highly skilled and diverse members. The Procurement Center of Expertise is a part of Global Procurement and is responsible for the procurement analytics, processes, systems and tools and their digitalization. We are an international team located in the LEO headquarter in Ballerup, greater Copenhagen but also in Gdansk, Poland.
