We are searching for a dynamic Senior Global Brand Manager for the Global Brand Management Team at ALK.
The Global SLIT-tablet portfolio marketing team is responsible for delivering the annual global brand strategy, health care professional (HCP) materials, training materials, training sessions, market research and optimizing product labels You will also be supporting affiliates in their launch planning and post launch follow-up in collaboration with cross functional colleagues in ALK headquarter and affiliate offices.
The position
As Senior Global Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with top brands within ALK allergy immunology portfolio and offer the best products to patients. In collaboration with your colleagues in global, regional and affiliates, you will develop and ensure implementation of the global brand strategy for important brands from our strategic product portfolio, sublingual allergy immunotherapy tablets covering tree, grass, ragweed pollen allergy and house dust mite allergy and work on a number of global marketing projects.
In close cooperation with key affiliates you will be responsible for translating the positioning and strategy for the brands into promotional tactics. You will facilitate regular brand updates, analyse brand performance and ensure the local promotional plan is aligned to the global strategy and encourage sharing of cross-functional best practices.
You will become a key contributor to the digital transformation of ALK, delivering value to customers and colleagues every day through developing relevant communication tools for multi-channel engagements.
As this job requires you to handle stakeholders globally, both internal and external, 10-20 days of travelling a year is required once the world is opening again. The daily workplace is in Hørsholm, north of Copenhagen.

Your Qualifications
- You hold a Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant decree and have a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in marketing and/or sales in the pharma industry or related area.
- You have strategic and tactical skills with attention to details. The ability to effectively manage budgets, timelines and multiple project priorities in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
- You have a can-do attitude, are forward thinking and foster innovation and continuous improvements.
- You have a proven track record in brand management or sales execution and have excellent communication skills.
- You are a team-player with a high degree of flexibility and outstanding stakeholder management skills with excellent cross-cultural communication and presentation skills.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
