With direct reference to our Vice President Quality, you will be part of a strong professional team of 16 employees, who among others work as Metrology Engineers, Software Quality Engineers and Calibration Technicians. The overall goal of the team is to ensure that performance and quality conditions live up to our high demands as we are an accredited international company. As our new Quality Engineer, you will get a dynamic everyday life, where collaboration and meeting colleagues and stakeholders is the key to success.
Quality Engineer with solid experience within quality systems
In the newly established position as Quality Engineer your responsibility will be to ensure that the quality system is documented and implemented. In connection to this, you will be responsible for instructing the organisation regarding how to describe, work out and maintain quality procedures across of Kamstrup. This covers the management system we have in Kamstrup based on ISO9001 and also ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO27001 as well as GDPR declarations and ISAE3000. The coordination with ISO27001 and ISAE3000 is currently the certifications which require the most attention.
Moreover, you will be responsible for following up on certification related inquiries from customers, and ensure that our quality system is used and rooted within the organisation. You will also have an active role in conducting internal audits at the headquarters and in our subsidiaries. You should therefore expect around 10 travel days a year.
Personality matters
We are looking for an outgoing, result-oriented Quality Engineer with strong communication and documentation skills, who can use their experience and great personal drive to contribute to Kamstrup’s continued growth journey. To succeed in this position it is important that you can ensure implementations and hereby anchor new quality processes in the rest of the organisation. Therefore, you must thrive in the field between quality and the business while having an eye for seeing new possibilities and hereby challenge the way processes are handled today. It is natural for you to work in a structured way and you are good at maintaining an overview as well as working with multiple tracks at the same time. As you will be working cross functional is it important that you are a great facilitator who manage to communicate with different target groups – also in an international setting.

Moreover, it will be an advantage if you have experience as an intern auditor and if you are trained ”lead auditor”.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.

Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have:
- A technical Master’s degree such as Engineer or similar
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or from a similar role where you have been developing and maintaining quality systems
- Thoroughly experience in working with ISO9001 and also ISO27001, ISAE3000, GDPR and CSR-politics if possible
Moreover, it will be an advantage if you have experience as an intern auditor and if you are trained ”lead auditor”.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
