Here is a great opportunity to work on NNITs strategic and important bids for both private and public customers in Denmark and Internationally.
In the role, you will be responsible for the entire bid process from initiation to delivery of the final bid and customer signature. You will ensure excellent quality in all written material delivered to our customers and that the tender submission at all time clearly articulate NNITs value proposition. This position requires both strong text comprehension as well as writing composition skills.
As a Bid Quality Manager, you will also be exposed to a large network across the organization and work closely with account managers, specialists, architects, and the delivery organization.
Your responsibilities as a Bid Quality Manager

Parallel to your work with specific bids, you will be involved in our constant work to optimize and develop the quality of NNIT’s bids and processes. We are confident that your experience and input will be a valuable part of this process.
Your qualifications and experiences
The position depends on a high level of independence and individual initiative combined with a high degree of personal drive. It is important you can gain respect from Managers as well as team members and you have strong stakeholder management skills.
As a person you:
It is a requirement that you have a minimum of 3 years experience with Bid Management or with writing high-quality tender responses. Experience from the IT industry and an education within Business or IT is an advantage.
Since this is a newly established role, your specific job content can be tailored to you depending on your previous experience and ambitions.
You will be part of the Bid Support team in NNIT
Being a part of Bid Support, you will get seven dedicated and competent colleagues. They all have different educations and professional backgrounds, which we leverage to share knowledge and experience to improve the quality of our work.
The team supports all parts of NNIT, and you will get the opportunity to be responsible for bids with high Management attention and within Life Science, Public, Enterprise, and Finance sectors. You will collaborate with Account and Delivery Managers, Advisors, Architects and specialists within their industry.

- Ensure focus on the customer and having their needs and requirements in focus throughout the bid process
- Lead the bid process from A-Z and have specific focus on:
- Structuring and planning the bid process as well as ensuring progression
- Involving the relevant stakeholders and keep them up to date on progress
- Analyzing the tender material and other information from and regarding the customer
- Making sure all the requirements are met in a succinct and concise manner, guaranteeing that no aspects are overlooked
- Ensure the response quality is optimal and coach all writers in how to write the best responses
- Making sure that all deadlines are met

Your qualifications and experiences

- Approach all tasks in a structured way with attention to details
- Have excellent writing and editing skills as well as excellent Danish and English skills, both written and verbal.
- Are experienced in writing effective, concise and compelling tender submissions that can clearly articulate NNITs value proposition
- Have strong project management skills and can manage multiple tracks or engagements in parallel
- Can act proactively as well as solution and results-oriented
