The department
Biopharm is a part of the Novo Nordisk Product Supply division and is responsible for the production of a broad portfolio of products at facilities in Denmark and the US. You will report to the manager of Biopharm’s central EHS department but work very independently in a complex organisation across department and management layers.

You will be part of a department with 8 EHS partners who drive and facilitate the EHS work across Biopharm. Your primary place of work will be on our production site in Måløv and our head office in Gentofte.

The job
You will work in the intersection between strategic management and the operational part of the organisation and will have a decisive role in how we will succeed in achieving our environmental and safety targets. The daily business processes and tasks include management of EHS processes in production; structured and timely reporting, follow-up and development of management systems and support of our organisation with ad-hoc tasks. You will plan, prioritise and handle tasks independently, conduct data analysis, communicate our EHS results and challenges and act as trusted advisor for the management team within your area of responsibility.

Preferred start date: 1. December 2019

Qualifications
Working with a broad portfolio of contacts and stakeholders requires good communication and co-operation skills as well as the desire to navigate in a dynamic environment. You have the drive to use your competences and experiences within EHS management. You are extrovert, structured, have initiative and appreciate working independently. You thrive with many points of contact across the organization but also with concentrated work and analysis of data. You have a motivating and engaging personality and appreciate a good laugh and informal tone. Most communication takes place in Danish and it is a requirement that you are fluent in both English and Danish language.
We imagine that you have a relevant academic background as engineer or similar.

You have minimum 3 years of relevant experience from production or as a consultant. Experience with and knowledge about management systems, circular economy and energy process optimization is considered a benefit.
