About the department
In the role as Graduate Programme Manager, you will join the Global Early Talent Team, part of Global People & Organisation, together with 15 dedicated employees located at our HQ in Bagsvaerd. We have a variety of backgrounds such as Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing & Communication and use our diversity to create and develop innovative approaches and high-quality solutions to attract and develop the best early talents to Novo Nordisk.
We recruit for attitude and train for skills, and in our team we are responsible of securing a strong talent pipeline by attracting the best early talents for our Trainee and Graduate Programmes for our future work-force and business needs.
The position
In this role, you will be managing global business graduate programmes leading, attracting, developing and retaining graduates who are working across our 80 global offices. You will act as the direct manager for these graduates and having a direct reporting line to the Head of Global Early Talent. Your role will be, on one side, to ensure a close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, - and understand the work force needs from line of business. On the other side, you will be the daily manager for selected graduate programmes including conducting 1:1’s, on-boarding, rotation management, individual development, coaching, graduate team development and support ex-boarding into permanent positions.
The job will be anchored in the Global Talent Acquisitions Centre of Excellence, which means you also will have a strong role in aligning activities across all our graduate tracks and have a key role in ensuring we continually investigate and implement high-end attraction and recruitment tools for our yearly Graduate Recruitment Centre. This is needed to help us to always deliver best in class Graduate Attraction and development programmes. You will be part of a small graduate management team with other Graduate Programme managers and a Graduate Programme Coordinator.
Qualifications
We are looking for a colleague who preferable has +3 years of solid global experience from working with talents coming from and working around the world in all our affiliates. Furthermore, you must have a passion for people management, talent attraction and development. Currently, you could be working with talent attraction, development or people management, preferable in a Global environment and have a relevant Master´s degree education with min 5 years relevant work experience.
Your competences include strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills and you come with a creative mind-set always looking to improve processes. Knowledge within people management, project coordination, online/offline communication, is an advantage and a high-level English verbally and written is a requirement.
You are motivated by a fast-paced working environment and you excel in managing and keeping an overview of many different tasks and processes happening at the same time. As a person you are open-minded, internationally-minded, innovative and have a can-do attitude which means you can work independently but also contribute to our strong and positive team spirit.
