At HQ in Ballerup, you will be joining a team of 7 talent acquisition partners as a part of our Talent & Leadership team. Always listening closely to hiring managers and colleagues and challenging the status quo, we secure top talent for areas across the GN Group and seek to deliver excellence in the recruitment process across the GN Group. Doing so, we take pride in our contribution towards transforming lives through the power of sound.
Trusted advisor and recruitment partner for key positions across our organization
The GN Group is growing fast, and global talent acquisition expertise is becoming an increasingly sought-after resource across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with hiring managers not only to help recruit new colleagues from Denmark but also from abroad. You will play an essential role in sharing best practice and insights as a trusted recruitment partner across the GN organization, and you can expect a meaningful job with a high degree of freedom.
Key responsibilities will include:
Experience from an international corporation
It is vital that you are used to work in an international corporate function since you will work with global stakeholders across functions, cultures, and locations. An international mindset and excellent listening and communication skills are paramount. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a fiercely result oriented and commercially minded team player with a strong focus on the requirements of the hiring managers. Finally, the high demand for your expertise requires you to be an apt planner with a well-versed ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment processes with hiring managers – and be the point of contact when external partners are involved
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the business in recruitment-related matters
- Helping align the recruitment strategy and processes to meet the ongoing and future talent demands
- You have solid experience within recruitment or proactive sourcing, preferably from a search agency or recruitment function

- You have experience from companies where you have interacted with global stakeholders
- You have experience in using psychometrics tests and selection tools for candidate assessment
- You have a master’s degree in HR, communication or similar
- You speak and write English fluently
