Senior Change Manager (maternity cover) to continue to drive and support our ambitious transformational change journey across LEO Pharma to achieve the 2030 LEO Pharma strategy.

We have introduced our 2030 strategy, which aims at accelerating our efforts within innovative therapeutics, while strengthening our established portfolio and global footprint in medical dermatology.
As a Senior Change Manager you will - together with senior leadership - drive the transformation of the Supply Chain organization through the strategic Ways of Working program. The program is a crucial part of the 2030 LEO Pharma strategy. The change journey in the program has already started and has a strong foundation and full support from key sponsors. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Change Manager to continue the amazing work done by the current Change Management Lead and together with the program management and the VP sponsoring the program drive the people side of change.
The job is based in our Headquarter in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. The position is fixed term ending December 31, 2021.
Change Lead for a strategic transformation program and building the Global Culture & Change Enablement team
As a Senior Change Manager, you will act as Change Lead in the strategic and business crucial Ways of Working Program and be part of the Global Culture & Change Enablement team.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
You will be a role model and ambassador of the LEO Pharma Change methodology, paving the way for others by pushing the strategic changes within LEO Pharma. As it is a global role, you will interact with global colleagues and can expect 10-30 yearly travel days when conditions permit it.

You are ambitious, flexible, proactive and come with a curious and innovative approach and a high level of energy. You should also think supply chain and product supply are interesting areas to work within.
Being capable of creating and maintaining a broad stakeholder network is crucial. And when you network you demonstrate skills in leading directly, indirectly and influencing leaders, and with a strong drive and willingness to working towards becoming a value adding contributor to the senior and executive line of business leaders. It comes natural to you to lead the way, motivate, engage and move individuals and teams on their change journey. Colleagues experience you as having excellent and proven communication skills, with an ability to translate complex matters to all levels in the organization.

You will report to the Global Head of Culture & Change Enablement, part of Global People Centers of Expertise, and be a central player in a small team of dedicated Strategic senior Change Managers that drive the global transformational change journey towards the 2030 strategy for LEO Pharma and work to strengthen the change capabilities in all of LEO Pharma.

Change Lead for a strategic transformation program and building the Global Culture & Change Enablement team
As a Senior Change Manager, you will act as Change Lead in the strategic and business crucial Ways of Working Program and be part of the Global Culture & Change Enablement team.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Together with your colleagues in the Global Culture & Change Enablement team to define and develop the strategic change enablement services, transformation support and cultural journey for LEO Pharma
- Run the established and successful Change Community that has a global reach in LEO Pharma and brings together change practitioners across the company
- Implement and deliver the people side of the change in key strategic projects in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain, Global Product Supply and relevant business unit leaders. This includes driving and executing a change strategy and plans, to ensure project benefits are reached
- Sustain the Global Supply Chain transformation by continuing to engage with, motivate and involve key stakeholders and program sponsors
- Coach and support change leaders and project teams on the strategic change journey within Global Supply Chain
- Work closely together with and ensure communication of change progress to all relevant stakeholders while creating energy, motivation and belief in the transformation
- Facilitate the process of sustaining the change story telling within the line of business, i.e. reinforce the importance of the program through e.g. summits and engagement meetings
- Identify barriers to change and design interventions and actions that will facilitate the cultural transformation
- Help define, create material for, and continuously improve the systems, tools and processes that the Global Culture & Change Enablement team works with, and embed it in the strategic project work
- Help define and continuously improve our change management framework (we use Prosci’s ADKAR® model) and embed it in the transformational work within line of business

Professionally, We Expect You To Hold The Following Qualifications
- University degree and 6+ years from working with Change Management at a strategic, conceptual and operative level
- Experience from having executed Change Management in an organization-wide transformation program
- Certification in Change Management and recognition as Change Management expert with proven track record from a strategic change function
- Experience in working with ADKAR and preferably Prosci ADKAR certified
- Experience in working with and developing leadership teams during change
- Global perspective and cross-cultural working
- Excellent and proven communication skills
- Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and with a solid understanding of key business and cross-functional drivers is a plus.
- Mastery in English, written and spoken
