Exiting opportunity to develop Technical Procurement in LEO Pharma

In Global Direct Procurement – Technical Procurement you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The job
Your job is to develop the strategic platform for your categories within the team. You will set the global governance, plan and develop activities aligned with key stakeholders always supporting the strategic direction for LEO Pharma. You will utilize your stakeholder management and communication skillset as you are expected to drive changes and development together with key stakeholders to ensure that we truly become best in class.
Moreover, you will:
- Develop and implement global category strategies and sourcing pipelines
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across our productions sites
- Participate as procurement lead in large CAPEX projects
- Tender and negotiate strong contracts and manage strategic relationships with suppliers
- Secure governance and mandate by way of strong and clear communication
- Identify improvements and potential – and execute to create value
As well as having the Category Manager responsibility – this job also gives you the opportunity to take the place as procurement lead in exiting CAPEX projects, from small single equipment procurement to facility projects and large-scale production facilities projects.
Your qualifications
- BSc. or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Project Management – or similar experience
- Experience in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Strategic competencies – with strong focus on execution and implementation
- Preferable experience from Pharma- or similar regulated industry
- Analytical mindset, great negotiation skills and the ability to handle complexity

Your new team
You will join the Technical & Pharmaceutical Procurement Team consisting of 6 highly skilled Procurement Professionals with a can do attitude, who are keen to make a difference.
The team’s technical responsibilities include; Laboratory and production equipment, spare parts & consumables, automation and engineering consultants as well as service and maintenance for all our production sites and laboratories in LEO.
