The job
As our new Solution Architect for Safety you will work closely with the Lead Architect for Global Development and the Solution Architects covering other specific areas of Global Development. You will be an active member of the Global Development Agile Release Train, part of ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory and business requirements and guiding adoption of new technologies and ways of working within the business area.

You have at least five years of experience working in or with Global Safety including:
Based on your knowledge and experience you can identify needs and improvements, conceptualize and communicate proposals for changes – and coordinate the development and implementation of changes. As Solution Architect and gate keeper you will need to be able back your decisions with solid and easily understandable arguments. You will know when to stand your ground and when to compromise (in dialogue with strong stakeholder personalities in high level positions). You will have the energy and stamina to work in a rapidly developing organization, you must thrive in an environment where the only constant is change.

You will join a growing team of highly skilled Lead and Solution Architects overseeing LEO Pharma’s IT solution portfolio based in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We design, implement and support IT solutions across the global LEO organization. We share a passion for taking advantage of the opportunities in IT, in the overall design as well as in each configuration. The job
As our new Solution Architect for Safety you will work closely with the Lead Architect for Global Development and the Solution Architects covering other specific areas of Global Development. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate closely with our Lead Architects and the leadership team
- Work closely with Global Safety managing stakeholders and their expectations, advising them on the right solutions to meet their business needs and in alignment with strategic objectives and technology strategies
- Contribute to qualification of early stage demands and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure solution alignment with LEO Pharma IT Architecture principles and policies
- Work with business, relevant teams and vendors in agile implementation activities
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board to ensure architectural and strategic alignment in ongoing development of Safety systems
- Maintain the overview and lifecycle status of the Global Safety systems
- Work closely with our IT security, IT operations and other IT areas to ensure compliance and alignment with global policies
- Review designs and assist in creating guidelines for external collaborators and suppliers
- Contribute to our Enterprise Architecture strategy, underlying strategic initiatives and roadmap
- Creating and documenting large and complex solution designs in global projects
Your qualifications
You have at least five years of experience working in or with Global Safety including:
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of Global Safety processes
- Knowledge of Global Safety systems within the Life Science industry
- Experience with implementation and support of GxP IT systems
- Experience with the Veeva GxP Vault platform and systems would be an advantage
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to identify the core of an issue
- Natural ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements
- Ability to express knowledge in terms appropriate to the audience including Senior Executives, IT managers and end-users.
- Able to prepare and lead technical workshops to understand the requirements of our clients and shape these into system requirements.
