In LEO Pharma, we have the aspiration to be the world’s preferred dermatology care partner, and we are building one of the broadest portfolios and pipelines within dermatology through research, life cycle management, acquisitions and partnering.
As a Global Pricing Analyst you will fill a role of strategic importance for LEO Pharma, tasked with the objective of securing optimal value in the entire product lifecycle for LEO’s products at a global level.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate the added value of LEO Pharma's solutions to patients suffering from skin diseases and put dermatology on the agenda of payers across the globe.

As a Global Pricing Analyst you will fill a role of strategic importance for LEO Pharma, tasked with the objective of securing optimal value in the entire product lifecycle for LEO’s products at a global level.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate the added value of LEO Pharma's solutions to patients suffering from skin diseases and put dermatology on the agenda of payers across the globe.
Your key areas of responsibilitywill be to:
- Ensure accurate maintenance and management of international price and reimbursement databases
- Collaborate with pricing and market access colleagues to ensure governance procedures are developed and followed
- Support analysis of overall value of pricing strategies and launch sequencing
- Support pricing managers and access teams with pricing analyses
- Support pricing managers with price change requests from affiliates
- Support the development of analytical tools, processes and reports
- Support & presentation of business case analysis
- Support pricing input to internal LEO processes
Qualifications and experience
As a Global Pricing Analyst you have strong analytical skills, a creative mind-set and ability to multi-task with several projects at the same time. In addition, we expect you to have:
- Minimum of undergraduate degree in finance, economics, science, pharmacy or commerce
- A strong strategic mindset and good business acumen
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry, academia or allied consultancy services, as well as understanding the basic concepts of pharmaceutical pricing is a clear advantage
- Exceptional IT literacy and analytical skills with regards to Excel, PowerPoint and web-based tools
- Good presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate, personalize the message and approach key contacts with a defined objective
- Good strategic & analytical skills with an innovative mind-set
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
