Would you like to participate in supporting and developing the quality systems globally and support the implementation of the quality processes?

GN is now looking for new Global Quality Engineer who can bring proven experience as Lead Auditor and in the management of Quality Systems. The role will join the team of 5 skilled and dedicated colleagues in the Quality Management Systems team in Corporate Quality and will report to the Head of Quality Management Systems, Kim Glenert.
Develop and audit the quality systems and be part of a major transformation of the Quality Systems setup
As the new Global Quality Engineer, you will participate in supporting and developing their global quality systems and support implementation of the processes across the globe.
You will be one of the lead auditors on major production sites, incl. headquarters, drive change and act as a professional sparring partner on these sites.
You will also be an integral part of the worldwide implementation project of their new Quality Management System set-up “One Company One System”. The overall objective of this new setup is to “Implement Quality Excellence and a Quality Mindset throughout GN through harmonized processes, best practices, and benchmarking”.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your most important tasks will be to:
- Govern improvement tools (CAPA´s and Quality planning)
- Overall QMS IT system operation
- Responsibility for the Corporate QMS
- Site support and development
- Corporate audits, notified body audits and customer audits all around the world.
Independent and experience Lead Auditor
It is expected that you are strong team player with good communication and cooperation skills who demonstrates proactivity and self-drive. You have excellent stakeholder and change management skills and are passionate about quality and thrive in pursuing excellence.
We expect you to hold a relevant degree at minimum bachelor’s level within engineering or another relevant technical field. You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Auditor from an international context. Furthermore, you have 10+ years of working experience from a regulated industry. You have experience working with relevant medical device standards, guidelines, and regulations such as ISO 13485, CFR 820 and likely MDSAP.
