As our new Global Pricing Manager, you will be a key member to drive this and take on a role of strategic importance for LEO Pharma. We are looking for a Global Pricing Manager for our Global Team!
The job
The global pricing team has its functional home in Global Pricing, HEOR & Market Access (GPHM), but operate globally and across all LEO Pharma’s products. This role is of high strategic importance, working with many stakeholders including Global Commercial Brand Teams, regions and key affiliates.
The job will provide you with the opportunity to drive development of key pricing initiatives to ensure a strong Global Price Governance for LEO Pharma. You will also be part of the dynamic GPHM team that is focused on ensuring the development of robust and commercially viable pricing and HEOR strategies.

The job

The job will provide you with the opportunity to drive development of key pricing initiatives to ensure a strong Global Price Governance for LEO Pharma. You will also be part of the dynamic GPHM team that is focused on ensuring the development of robust and commercially viable pricing and HEOR strategies.
Your key areas of responsibility will be:
- Development and maintenance of key pricing analytics tools incl. reference models and pricing database
- Development of pricing strategies and in-line price management (incl. portfolio and LCM strategies)
- Deliver robust price and market access assessments to key commercial brand teams and processes
- Ensure adherence to LEO Pricing Governance in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Engage in regular portfolio pricing reviews with key affiliates and regions
- Ensure to stay up to date with the changes in the pricing environment
The position is based out of Ballerup, but you will be working in a truly global environment.
Your qualifications
Our new pricing manager needs to be strong in communicating pricing internally, have a creative mind-set and able to multitask with several projects at the same time. We expect you to bring:
- A bachelor or master’s degree in economics, finance, pharmaceuticals or commerce
- 5+ years’ experience of working in within the pharmaceutical industry or allied consultancy services – ideally within a corporate setting, but regional or local roles are very welcome as well
- Experience in developing pricing and market access strategies, tools and reporting/monitoring systems
- A sound understanding of the evolving healthcare systems in our major markets (USA, Europe and Asia) and the associated pricing and market access challenges
- An entrepreneurial spirit combined with proven project management skills and the ability to harness the value of cross functional teamwork
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
