As we are establishing a new central TA function in LEO Pharma, we need a strong and experienced manager to be responsible for the TA Partner team across Europe. LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that means bringing in critical talent to support the transformation.
The job
In this role you will be responsible for the operational execution of our new TA Operating Model for all of Europe. This includes overseeing daily operations, building the team, the processes around the team and liaising with management and HR Business Partners across the organization.
We are establishing a model where nine TA Partners placed in various European locations will be handling the face-to-face activities with managers and candidates. They will be supported from Gdansk, Poland with sourcing and administration to ensure that the TA Partners can focus on handling candidates and hiring managers. A successful manager is able to bring the TA Partners together as a group to share successes and challenges and build best practice processes. The role will be placed in Denmark, Ballerup.

You’ll be part of Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. The team consists of 9 TA Partners spread across Denmark (HQ), Poland, Ireland, France, Italy and Germany. Other parts of the Global Talent Acquisition team will support recruitments in the USA as Asia businesses, as well as our global employer branding efforts, our technology, process improvements, and executive search. The Global Talent Acquisition team is part of the Global Center of Excellence which is also responsible for, Leadership development, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion and Agile Ways of working.

Your qualifications
- You hold a master’s degree within HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or similar.
- We expect you to have recruitment experience and managing a TA team successfully in the past.
- As a person we are looking for someone who understands that your role is to make the team succeed and not the other way around. That solving issues and challenges is what the job is all about, and that you are comfortable with exploring the details of how we need to operate - while we also must deliver operationally.
