LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you. Actually, three of you as we’re looking for not only one Student Assistant for Global Talent Acquisition but three pioneers to join us.

In Global Talent Acquisition, you will not only get the possibility to obtain invaluable real-life people and communications knowledge to the benefit of your future career. You will be invited to participate in LEO Pharma’s student network, which will give you a great opportunity to expand your professional and social networks and gain additional insights into a large global company. Naturally, you will also be able to form your own small team of Talent Acquisition Students which is a one-time opportunity. Additionally, you get the chance to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.

The job


You will support the Global Talent Acquisition team in which we are currently seven people, but by the end of the year we will be more than tripling our team. This sums up the growth journey that we are on and the endless number of opportunities and exciting tasks we will be looking into both now and in the future. That is also why we are looking for not only one, but three Student Assistants to join us.

We have three overall areas that we would appreciate your support with:
1. Recruitment
Your main tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing
  • Creating interview assessment material
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Partners during the interview process

2. Employer branding
Your main tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Content creation and storytelling for SoMe, primarily LinkedIn
  • Creating and maintaining branding material (video, photo, print, website etc.)
  • Internal and external communications (e.g., LinkedIn campaigns, articles for our intranet, Sharepoint maintenance, SoMe community management)

3. Admin support
Your main tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Management support
  • Responsible for candidate inquiries
  • Internal stakeholder management

All three positions will include a responsibility for managing ad hoc tasks, e.g., planning and practical support, together with an administrative part of the job such as handling email inquiries from both internals and externals. These are important tasks as we help each other and work as a team to achieve our joint objectives. One team, one agenda.

We are interested in motivated team players who are driven by their interests and seek to develop within one or more of these areas. Hence, we encourage you to indicate which area(s) you are interested in working with when applying. We are also flexible and open towards candidates who have an interest in several areas at once. We can accommodate this with a hybrid position if we assess that it will be the ideal solution for both parties.

Your qualifications


You are:

  • Studying a relevant degree with minimum 1.5 years left of your studies (e.g., studies within Psychology, Project Management, Comms, Marketing or HR.)
  • Ready to work approximately 15 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods
  • Interested in the field of Talent Acquisition - you might even have some experience with one or more areas
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experienced in using the Microsoft Office package – preferably also Sharepoint

Furthermore, you enjoy being part of a team, but you also thrive while working independently. You have an eye for the detail, you are structured, and you have a can-do attitude that together with your ability to communicate effectively allows you to deliver high quality work and reach your deadlines. You enjoy working in an intercultural environment, you value different perspectives, and you are good at building interpersonal relations.

Your new team


You will join an amazing team with seven dedicated and skilled colleagues, who are part of LEO Pharma’s Talent & Organization Center of Expertise. We are 15 colleagues in the Talent & Organization CoE working with both Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development and Global Talent Acquisition - and we all collaborate closely.

In Global Talent Acquisition, we are scaling up to build a top-notch TA function giving you the privilege to work together with colleagues from all over the world. It also means that the team will grow explosively in the coming time and that there are great chances of continuing in a full-time position after your studies. We have a proven track-record of hiring former students as two out of seven in our team started their career in LEO Pharma as Student Assistants.
