Drive the development of technical digital solutions
An important part of Nilfisk’s future success is to provide our customers with new digital solutions. As a Product Manager for IoT & Digital Services you will be responsible for prioritizing our digital roadmap together with other digital Product Managers and you are expected to engage with international stakeholders in all markets across the globe to secure local adoption of our digital offerings. In addition, you will take part in improving and developing our digital services, where you are expected to balance the cost of development with potential commercial impact. Nilfisk is undergoing a digital transformation where more and more products will be connected to our cloud and you are, therefore also, expected to have an understanding of technical processes supporting our front-end applications and solutions.
In this role, you will become a member of the Service & New Business Models team, that drives the commercial agenda of digitally connecting our fleet of machines, establishing new service models and new rental offerings. You will work closely with R&D, IT and local stakeholders to ensure the success of our digital solutions. You will also get the opportunity to support and develop new commercial initiatives within Service & New Business Models. The position is located in the Nilfisk HQ, Broendby (Greater Copenhagen, Denmark) or Budapest (Hungary).
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive and Tech Savvy Product Manager
We imagine you have a degree in software development or similar together with previous experience with IoT devices and services (project owner, product management, or consulting). You to have 5-10 years of experience from a similar position from the industry or from a consulting company. Ideally, you understand agile and scrum methods and also the life cycle of hardware products, especially connected ones. A passion or working knowledge for digital products, IoT, visualization and communication would be a plus. You are fluent in English as you mostly will communicate in this language. Preferably you also have Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint skills and are good at communicating with international stakeholders.

- Participate and lead (PO) the scrum teams
- Formulate requirements to the scrum teams
- Ensure commercial requirements are meet
- Engage with various stakeholders in local markets
- Coordinate marketing activities related to digital solutions
- Create training material and coordinate training effort across markets
- Engage with large customers to get insights
