Georg Jensen is looking for an analytical and very driven merchandiser to join our Merchandising team at the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.
You will report to the Senior Director for Merchandising and Product Management. The team consists of two merchandising colleagues as well as product managers for our categories.
Georg Jensen has a leading market position in the high-end Jewellery market and premium Home Product market with distribution to the best retailers in the market. We strive to protect our strong brand position to ensure our customers continue to be inspired by Georg Jensen products.
The role
The role entails analyzing sales performance for Home and Seasonal categories across markets and sales channels – create KPI reports and tools. You will be partnering with Local Merchandise Managers and Sales Managers to devise, select and implement the Home and Seasonal product assortments for GJ stores, Ecom sites and sales channels worldwide. It is also important to develop a thorough understanding of product performance across all market and store levels at SKU level.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Ongoing reporting on sales and inventory KPI´s
- Support product management with analytics for assortment development
- Support all sales channels with assortment guidance and segmentation
- Coordinating Home/Seasonal launch and forecast process with markets (assortment and allocation store/channel) and Supply Chain
- Support Supply chain with market intelligence in general forecast process
- Work with replenishment module in Axapta and ensure auto-replenishment is operating optimally for each market and overseeing adjustments during peak seasons
- Global inventory management
- Work with Open to Buy planning for stores and local Warehouses (AU, CN & US)
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate has a relevant educational background and 3-5 years of experience within merchandising, preferably in a similar industry.

- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
- Business proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- Highly skilled MS Office user, especially Excel, and Axapta knowledge is a plus
