Georg Jensen is looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join the Corporate Marketing Department working at the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.

The role
The role is an individual contributor role with the mandate to develop and implement VM tools, and hence you must be an experienced Visual Merchandiser having previously worked with developing, creating and implementing on-brand, traffic driving and sales generating VM tools. It is essential that you master Photoshop and InDesign as this role will be managing VM development and adaptation of global guidelines specifically for our European jewellery wholesale channel and International Sales.

The role

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- VM specialist with responsibility of adapting and communicating our global VM jewellery concepts specific to Wholesale
- The position holds the responsibility of developing and maintaining wholesale specific Visual Merchandising concepts, VM training and tools, planograms and guidelines in close collaboration with Creative Design Manager and sales team
- For selected store openings and refurbishments, the VM specialist acts as project Manager in the planning and build phase, and supports the VM execution with the sales team before the opening
- VM training and tool development for WS functions; sales team and partners working closely with Learning & Development Manager
- Follow up on execution of VM and campaigns, feedback and report to Sales and Trade MarketingHQ functions
- Planning and execution of various sell-in events in close collaboration with Trade Marketing, Store Design and Sales functions
- VM presentations and set-up for internal kick-offs and seasonal meetings
Your Profile:
You're an experienced Visual Merchandiser with a commercial mindset that has a passion for developing, applying and raising VM standards at wholesale.
Creative and innovative with knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
- Must have a strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of business acumen
- A skilled InDesign and Photoshop user
- An excellent project manager
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must have a driver’s license
