Georg Jensen is looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join the Visual Merchandising & Store Design department working at the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.

The role
The role is an individual contributor role with the mandate to create and develop VM material, and hence you must be an experienced Visual Merchandiser having previously worked with developing, creating, and implementing on-brand, traffic driving and sales generating VM tools. It is essential that you master Photoshop and InDesign as this role will be managing VM development and creation of global guidelines for our jewellery collections and home products.

You are passionate about developing, applying, and raising VM standards and can create strong visual merchandising within the premium/luxury category. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years’ experience from a similar position, preferable from the same industry.

The role

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Creative development of seasonal VM campaign material including development and implementation of bespoke window displays in close collaboration with VM Manager and Creative team
- Define, develop, and maintain visual concept and VM tools
- Supplier handling - Responsible for the VM material sampling process and managing the communication with the supplier
- The position holds the responsibility of developing and maintaining VM implementation guidelines for jewellery and Home
- VM presentation and set-up for internal kick-offs and seasonal meetings
- Creating wholesale specific Visual Merchandising concepts, training in VM guidelines and campaign implementation
- Planning and execution of various events in close collaboration with Trade Marketing, Store Design, Sales functions, and Retail
- For flagship store and selected new store openings, the VM specialist supports the VM execution on site.

- Must have a strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of business acumen
- A skilled InDesign and Photoshop user
- An excellent project manager
- A team player with strong collaboration skills
