In the digital innovation team, we work to create the transport and logistics solutions of the future. We are a team of business people, developers, and designers, who are passionate about creating solutions that will be used throughout the globe. Our key task is to figure out what will drive DSV forward in the future and start building and testing. We build solutions from scratch – some fail and some succeed. The ones succeeding will change the transport and logistics industry for the better.

The digital innovation team is situated in the headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark and has direct ties to top management.
Build new applications from scratch
Working on innovation projects, you will create prototypes for new digital solutions for both internal and external systems with the aim of creating value for our business. We focus on areas such as customer applications, internal efficiency, sustainable transport, and value-added services for customers.
There’s no lack of interesting ideas to start working on and we have a constant inflow of new opportunities, so you will never be bored. The projects we work with often require us to use a mix of technologies such as machine learning, internet of things, blockchain, and more. We always strive to use the best technology to solve the problems at hand.
As a product owner your job is to take the key responsibility for new products. This entails taking the product from nothing to something. You get to work with the projects from they are merely ideas and develop and test until they become successful products. Some projects fail early and hence are short-lived, while others grow over a longer development period.
You will work together with developers, designers, data scientists, and industry experts to create great products. It’s your responsibility as product owner to guide the product development and take the key decision about the direction of the products.
The digital innovation team is made to move fast and change direction when needed, so it is important that you quickly understand new challenges. Also, you succeed in striking a balance between challenging the organisation and accepting what is.

- Has experience working with software products
- Has experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of lean methodologies (lean startup or similar)

- Think analytically
- Prioritize effectively
- Have good collaboration and communication skills
- Speak and write English effortlessly
