Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Hedehusene, near Copenhagen, you will be joining our HR Partnering and Special Projects department in Group HR. We are an ambitious and professional team who takes pride in sharing knowledge across functions. In this newly created role, you will be partnering with IT HR Business Partners and work closely with the Global IT organisation in alignment with the Group HR Talent Acquisition Manager.
Global IT is a growing and integral part of DSV. With more than 2,000 employees working across countries and regions, Global IT in DSV is one of Denmark’s largest IT organisations.

You will:
- Develop and implement a Global IT talent acquisition (TA) plan and approach anchored in the overall Global IT strategy in alignment with Group HR TA initiatives
- Drive our newly established Global IT Young Professionals Programme forward and make it a success
- Drive Global IT employer branding activities in close collaboration with Group HR
- Follow, monitor and share feedback with the business on trends in the local and global job market for IT professionals
- Liaise with local HR partners and hiring managers to ensure high quality and timely recruitments and keep relevant stakeholders up to date
- Coordinate Global IT recruitments across countries and act as project manager on larger recruitment initiatives
Pragmatic mindset and solid experience with talent acquisition
- You have several years of experience in recruiting and sourcing specialists, leaders and graduates with a strong focus on IT Talent & Markets
- You bring solid experience with talent acquisition processes on a global scale
- You have a profound ability to partner with key stakeholders from local HR and managers to senior management in an international environment
- You are known as a strong and proactive executor with great project management skills
- Preferably, you bring good understanding of development and corporate training initiatives
- You’re an enthusiastic team player with a good sense of humour
- You speak and write English fluently
