At DSV, you can now take charge of one of our key customer-facing applications – a global services catalogue application that allows customers to select and combine products and services for any shipping and freight need.

We define global tools and processes
Based in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will be welcomed into Global Products & Services, which is part of Global Business Change Management. The team consists of 11 colleagues who are responsible for the global tools and processes in our customer-facing applications, such as online bookings, freight tracking, purchase order management, quotation, etc.
Take our product and services catalogue application to the next level
In this role, you will be responsible for our product and services catalogue application, ensuring it is both easily maintained but also has a great foundation for future development.
As such, your role as product manager is, in many ways, quite traditional, as it will entail creating a roadmap for the application, working with the divisions to understand business needs, translating them into solutions, working with IT colleagues to get the solutions developed and implemented, etc.
However, with the application being just newly established, there are still many critical decisions to be made on a strategic level and many complex projects to drive.
Right now, the catalogue application contains just our road freight products and services. So, one of the first items on your agenda will be to define, together with the business and IT, how the catalogue application can support all the services, products and transit times, live schedules, etc. for our road, air, sea and courier transport offerings in a standardised structure.

- Probably have a background and some years of experience within change management, logistics or digital product management
- Have experience with agile development and processes
- Are fluent in English
