As key part of the Global Intermodal Product team, drive Asia Pacific performance through close P&L follow up, coaching and development of Asia Pacific Area Intermodal Product Managers (IPMs) and teams, and orchestration of relevant stakeholders

-Ensures direction setting for Areas within scope
-Drives performance of Areas within scope
-Identifies opportunities for improving P&L within scope
-Orchestrates global efforts within owned geographies, e.g. tender season
-Understands key data (market intel, flows, P&L etc.) with Areas in scope, to drive P&L optimization
-Proactively collects and shares best practices (including supporting Area IPM in deployment)
-Drives target setting for Intermodal growth, including validation of Area business plans
-Ensures deployment and adoption of both customer solutions and internal tools within geographies in scope
-Participates in setting global intermodal team direction, and owns global deployment of select functional initiatives.
-Entrepreneurial mindset
- Significant management experience from a transportation company
-Customer value mindset
-Operational experience
-Intermodal product expertise preferred
-People management experience preferred
-Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers
-Business acumen
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
