• Drive the vision for the multitude of smaller auxiliary systems supporting container flows
• Build relationships with stakeholders and be curious about their business needs and drivers, in order to better understand the needs for the individual systems and how they may best be covered by our new digital ecosystem
• Translate the uncovered business needs into technology requirements in the form of user stories and roadmaps
• Work closely with the other PPOs in the team to ensure development related to the systems are prioritized by the development teams
• Analyse data requirements especially within the cargo space and support PPO colleagues with detailed user stories where it is needed
• Drive the testing of the detailed user stories and handle the issuing communication with users also testing the functionalities
• Work closely with Functional Product Owners and communities to ensure that requirements and needs are streamlined before the development process begins and processes are updated as we progress
• Passionate about using technology to improve business outcomes for our customers
• A strong desire to learn the Product Owner capabilities (e.g. understand the role of a PO in terms of agile, working with backlogs, writing user stories etc) paired with a deep understanding of Ocean Execution and the surrounding functions
• A natural interest in technology, standardization and automation of processes
• Understanding user needs and insights with an ability to translate these to digital journeys and user stories, specifically to reduce manual tasks
• Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate complex messages, constructively challenge and guide stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise amongst ideas to maximise value
• Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities change and with a requirement to deliver results
• Independent and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning
