The Platform Product Owner is responsible for designing, coordinating and managing the development & deployment of innovative platform products
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Business Product Owner and Global process lead in developing the product roadmap and developing user stories and product’s technical requirements, to refine the backlog and identify cross journey dependencies
• Own and Actively manage the platform product backlog including clearly defining product backlog items and prioritizing items based on business/internal product goals and optimization of work in the agile team
• Own sprint planning and grooming meetings to refine user stories to provide the engineering team with clear requirements and define how success will be measured at the end of each sprint for each stories.
• Work collaboratively and coach other Platform Product Owners & Managers across platform organization
• Work cross-functional to ensure that the agile team has what is needs and remove blockers that prevent the agile team to maximize the delivery of digital products
• Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
• Ability to apply agile and data analysis technics for creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to take ownership of complex and important products, and make effective decisions
• Demonstrable experience with visualizing data in creative manners
• Substantial experience in leading and deploying Visibility products specially tracking systems; have experience bringing a product to scale
• Knows the latest tracking and Alerts product trends and has experience in maturing Visibility products across for interconnected capabilities.
• Descriptive -, predictive-, and prescriptive analytics – Knows the latest analytics trends and has experience in maturing reporting & analytics products across the descriptive/predictive/prescriptive maturity model.
• Highly skilled strategic planning, issues management and implementation.
• Skilled in seeing the journey from End-to-End perspective.
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
