In this role you will be supporting the Inland Platform as Platform Product Owner for all matters related to Inland Order To Cash area

Key responsibilities


•Work in close collaboration across platforms and BPOs to enable new or improve existing inland product and platform features within the scope of Inland Order To Cash processes
•Accountable for ensuring that these solutions are integrated so they contextually make sense in the overall e2e process for different brands, entities and products
•Safeguard all Maersk.com NFR’s, and overall financial /cost control reporting principles
•Support all other PPO’s that have requirements regarding Order To Cash
•Accountable for Order To Cash across all features, products and functionalities on the inland platform
•Ensure that anything that is built can be easily reused across other platforms, while promoting standard, global template
•Continuously review and recommend new products and features in the Inland Order To Cash space based on customer research/insights, data, growth hacking opportunities etc. This is in close collaboration with the relevant BPO(s)
with the relevant BPO(s)

We are looking for


•Order To Cash experience and a good understanding of ERP implementation at a complex organisation
•A natural interest in technology, standardization and automation of processes
•Ability to lead global sessions for the frontline and engage the frontline in a meaningful way and enable them to use/promote the features and products
•Understanding user needs/ insights as well as legal / statutory /compliance requirements and ability to translate these to digital journeys, specifically to reduce manual interventions
•Ability to stay motivated in a fast-moving environment where priorities continuously shift and with pressure on delivering results
•Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently
•Good Stakeholder/change management skills
•Self-motivation and a desire for continuous learning and improvement
•Proven track record in delivering new solutions in the Order To Cash space
•Proven Product Owner capabilities (e.g. understand the role of a Product Owner in terms of agile, working with systemic backlogs, writing user stories etc)

• Strong understanding of inland transportation process and customer expectations
• understanding of vendor interactions including procurement of inland services
• understanding of shipping/logistics processes and how inland transportation fits in
