Key responsibilities
You will work with the top priority products of the company, supporting the Senior Platform Product Owner. You will work in an area that has the full attention of the management board, an ambitious and impactful product road map and a broad range of demanding customers and stakeholders. Your key responsibility will be to ensure the product roadmap is executed and delivered as per timeline with good quality and most importantly, with measurable KPIs and outcomes.
We are looking for
• Experience in managing complex, cross-functional product development from exploration to market launch and maturity.
• Experience in customer facing product selling and/or contract negotiation.
• Proven skills in working with data, including but not limited to: Establish result measurements as well as process measurements to display the quality of the product delivered; Ability to study and understand the measurements and drive actions and solutions to continuously improve the product quality; A mind set of speaking with data.
• Experience in working with technical teams in delivering products.
• Proven project management skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Think strategically and execute methodically.
• Ability to earn trust with a diverse group of stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• University Degree
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in positions that require product management, process improvements, change management and data interpretation of business impact and results.
• 5+ years’ managing and executing detailed project schedules and manage a variety of stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience In working with CPQ system (Configure, Price and Quote) as a user or as a product manager.
• Experience in data analysis and measurements/KPI establishment.
• MBA from top tier university
• 5+ years of experience delivering mission critical technology solutions
• Certification in Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
