Key responsibilities
• Responsible for enabling smooth execution of CHB products.
• Define and drive CHB execution requirements to platforms
• Define and Drive smooth operational bundling between CHB and other products (Contract, SCM, Accelerate, Spot, etc)
• Work on the actions from the audits to ensure the global processes are compliant.
• Evaluate the processes/system requirements for countries around transport management.
• Own L3-4 process in Business Enterprise Studio.
• Help streamline processes to facilitate countries to transition on global solutions.
We are looking for
• A customer centric mindset and aptitude to continuously improve processes
• Experience working in CHB Execution in the country/Area
• A Six sigma green belt will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of process mapping
• Someone who can dig deeper and not just look superficially at the problem statement
• Very organized, proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Excellent stakeholder management qualities and highly effective influencing skills at all levels
• Ability to deliver results and change in a complex business environment.
