We help content-driven web and marketing teams by analyzing the quality of their webestate and offer actionable insights, which helps them provide the most meaningful experiences for their visitors.
We’re looking for a Product Designer with a passion for product data and analytics to join the team.
You will be working as part of a cross-functional product team to originate, refine, and deliver a core part of the Siteimprove product used by web analysts and content strategists to make data-informed decisions. You’ll work on highly visible product areas such as key metrics, funnels, behavior maps, user journeys, live dashboards, and user onboarding. Together with your team, you will leverage continuous discovery processes to build a strong understanding of key personas and scenarios, and you’ll make use of a robust design system so ensure the delivery of a cohesive, accessible, and scalable experience.
As a member of a growing UX organization of over 15 people, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate and share your knowledge with a group of talented UX professionals with diverse experiences, interests, and perspectives.
What you'll be doing
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Work with team members and stakeholders to ensure a opportunity space is properly understood before exploring potential solutions.
- Drive strong product outcomes in close partnership with product owners, engineering leads and other designers in their product area.
- Design, test and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups and prototypes.
- Present customer research insights in a way that can be used to drive design.
- Effectively employ a user-centered design approach and rapidly test, iterate and execute their designs based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
- Clearly and concisely articulate thoughts and ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Make design decisions that are in the best interest of the customer while considering the business impact.
- Work within and contribute to an established design system.
What We Require of you
- Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for SaaS products with product analytics capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written English.

- You are at home working with product analytics software such as Pendo, Mixpanel, Google Analytics or Heap.
- You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- You're open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
