The Ocean Delivery Transformation & Digitalization team is responsible for the transformation of Maersk's Ocean Service Delivery and the Functional Product Owners (FPO) drive the global adoption of the transformation. Our vision is to radically improve the quality-of-service delivery to our customers, and we are looking for dynamic talents to join the journey.
We are looking for a strong talent leading selective Level 3 cargo execution and event monitoring processes and progress in the Maersk Service Fulfillment (SF) process landscape. It is an excellent opportunity to think customer first and work on the right processes, policies, data and tools to yield customer outcomes.

Along with a peer group of FPO(s), this role will play a crucial role in transforming, standardizing, and automating the Service Delivery landscape to arrive at a greatly improved service delivery for our customers. • You are someone who can use your analytical and logical mindset to both solve exceptionally complex problems and drive decision making by using qualitative and quantitative insights to achieve goals.
• You understand that excellent processes together with new technologies are key to delivering on the integrator strategy, optimal customer experience. You want to help drive Maersk towards becoming a product and process driven organization.
• You are energetic, curious, creative, people focused, and excel in creating visions and clarity in ambiguous situations.

The Functional product owner is responsible for implementing the Service Fulfillment Vision, Business Process and Product design, User Experiences, Customer Journey Experiences and defining Platform Requirements for selective Level 3 processes in the Service Fulfillment (SF) process landscape.
You will also play the role of change agent to deploy your design to the global organization. To ensure you deliver on this you will:
• Co-create and drive the vision with a team of FPO’s for your functional product scope which is crystalized into strong fact-based transformation proposals.
• Be accountable for key outcomes of the L3 processes in your scope through process (re-) design, policy changes, standardization and automation of process steps, which are implemented throughout the business.
• Continuously track performance basis well defined metrics and improve on key outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison for our frontline colleagues in the Ocean Customer Logistics or HQ to collect user feedback and insights that can be translated into features supporting L3 process outcomes.
• Think End-to-End by establishing & maintaining an overall user journey and customer journey for our processes.
• Enable and facilitate operationalization of key initiatives with Platform Product Owners in ensuring User Stories are delivering the intended user, product, and business features and results.
