We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Reporting Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in the TAA Strategy for the Europe & Africa region at Maersk. This position will help us get the right reporting and analytics to set data-driven decisions that will enable us to consistently improve our performance and also create the right narrative for our stakeholders.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who will be responsible for producing reports specific to Talent Acquisition that are critical for colleagues and leaders within the hub to make data-driven decisions. The role provides related support such as controlling role-based access to data and giving optimization input to the global People Data & Analytics team. The role will be responsible to also train stakeholders on the proper use of data, products and helps build self-reporting capabilities within the region. The role will be based out of Lisbon (some flexibility for other locations within Europe) and reports to the Regional Head of TAA, Europe & Africa.

What would your impact be (Key Responsibilities):

  • Primary People data reporting contact for Talent Acquisition stakeholders within the PPO region
  • Produces ‘localized’ ad hoc and standard reports that are based on corporate data standard definitions and which pull data from corporate standard reporting environments e.g. PowerBI on Maestro
  • Produces continuous and standard reporting of TAA delivery to track recruitment performance and drive data driven decisions for improvement; specifically, also to cater to Business operation meetings, Quarterly business reviews and People Planning meetings
  • Provides input to People Data & Analytics for optimizing: (1) Reporting & Dashboard interfaces incl. Workday, Service Now, and PowerBI on Maestro, (2) Requests for new corporate standard products (e.g. reports and dashboards), (3) Central team’s service delivery, (4) Other
  • Primary/ sole interface from the region to the People Data & Analytics team
  • Participates in broader global people data & analytics community (network of practice), representing the PPO region
  • Support, coach and train local end users and management teams about available corporate reporting solutions and data definitions, for adaption and alignment
  • Build long sustaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders as required
