Your mission

Now we are looking for you who wants to be part of Four FM’s success and who is driven by working with continuous improvements within a Nordic group.

You will have a central role in securing a high level of our services by implementing and developing our work within Operational excellence.

Together with your closest colleagues, you will be driving the company to achieve its goals and KPI’s through smarter and more efficient processes, routines, tools and working methods. In your role, you work methodically and closely with both managers and employees by coaching and supporting them in their daily work in continuous improvement.

Your ultimate goal is to further develop a value-driven way of working, attitudes, mindsets, methods and tools toward Operational Excellence. You will be our ambassador as well as the leader for our continued development, with focus on improvements and compliance.

Examples of tasks

  • Promote, maintain, and develop a high level of quality within Four FM.
  • Lead the process for goal and KPI management.
  • Systematically follow-up and analyze results.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop action-plans together with operations.
  • Be consultative support to the business managers.
  • Using data and statistics to find deviations and improvements.

Your profile

We are searching for you who want to be part of a dynamic company that rapidly expands and develops. Who loves to work in an international environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility to plan and execute your work.

To thrive in this role you need exceptional structure and organizational skills, and the ability to work both efficiently and thoroughly. You have the drive to lead processes forward and proactively communicate with clients as well as with your colleagues. This demands excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

In short, you need to be a driven person who is comfortable in a fast-moving and agile business, and at the same time be the framework around which the business can grow. The ability to implement, improve and follow processes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications


We believe that you are an analytical person with the ability to see solutions and areas for improvement. You are driven and make things happen. In addition, you are open, communicative and like to have many social contacts at work. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are responsive, structured and have a high degree of independence and integrity, which includes the ability to make your own decisions and run projects.

  • Relevant education and work experience
  • The position requires that you have the ability to work both strategically and operationally.
  • You can communicate easily, both verbally and in writing, and have a communicative and pedagogical approach.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft 365. Incl. Excel & Power BI
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

Work hours

Working hours are office hours Monday to Friday. You will have the flexibility to plan your own hours.

Duration

Permanent position (tillsvidareanställning).

Starting date

As soon as possible, according to agreement.

Location

You will be stationed at one of Four FM´s offices in Stockholm, Örebro, Copenhagen, Tampere or Helsinki, depending on where you live. The role also includes some traveling in the Nordic region. You will have support from a tight Four FM-team, with colleagues in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.
