You will join our BI & Analytics department
As our new Product Owner, People Analytics you will be part of the digital transformation that is taking place at Ramboll. BI & Analytics deliver global business intelligence & analytics products for internal business functions at Ramboll. We have a solid foundation in the BI area where we are globalising and standardising reports, and we have the first advanced analytics products underway. We have a strategic focus on providing business impact using data at Ramboll, and we are currently expanding the team with data engineers, visualisation analysts, data scientists and products owners. We are currently 20 people working across three time zones. The role of Product Owner for People Analytics is a new position placed in Copenhagen and reporting directly to the Head of BI & Analytics.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Establish and manage the refinement and prioritisation for BI & Analytics roadmaps in HR
- Assume accountability for value creation by for BI & Analytics products in HR
- Define and maintain BI & Analytics KPIs including key business and financial metrics in HR
- Maintain effective working relationships with key business leaders, industry experts, and stream lead counterparts in HR
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of BI & Analytics products in HR
- Work collaboratively with other PO’s and technical teams to ensure that development is being done in a complimentary fashion
- Own and define scope, priorities, requirements, and approach for BI & Analytics products in HRs
- Populate and groom the backlog of work as you identify and prioritize what the team should be working on and clearly expressing product backlog item

- Several years’ experience in successful delivery of scalable products through agile delivery & scrum teams
- You excel at creating clear and ambitious product objectives that have directly impact on the team’s focus and motivation
- You know how to communicate complex technical issues in a way that is relevant to business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Experience in developing software, advising customers or delivering projects in a customer-facing consulting role, e.g. at a consulting company or a large, international company
- MSc in IT, Computer Science or quantitative field
- Fluent in written and verbal English
