As Global Pricing Manager in Product Management, you will develop, manage and influence the retail pricing strategy. You will lead and direct the formulation of the pricing strategy and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters.
You will oversee Pandora’s global pricing structure and guide the cross-functional pricing process and governance – always keeping an eye on profitability (production and other costs) and financial evaluations to assess pricing action effectiveness.
As part of this, you will:
- Strategic review and implementation of global recommended retail prices for new products and the existing portfolio
- Be responsible for global and local pricing hierarchies incl. ownership of pricing data
- Drive various pricing initiatives in close collaboration with key global stakeholder
- Influence target costing and margin management
- Provide global benchmarking and competitor pricing analysis
Part of your remit will be to partner with Design, Merchandising, Marketing and markets to ensure integrated profit maximizing approach to market.

What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that your educational background is within Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising or similar.
In addition, the ideal candidate has and can demonstrate:
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in a strategic, global pricing position, preferably in a retail environment
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
