We are looking for an influential Product Owner to help manage and prioritise agile backlogs containing features involving consumer data insights and activations. As a Product Owner in the Data & Insights team you will become proficient in understanding the opportunities and impact of driving decisions based on data and the value of executing these insights in multiple paid and owned marketing channels. You will have a holistic overview of done and ongoing initiatives and be the go-to person for any collaboration including the Data & Insights team.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Efficiently oversee and rank features and tasks concerning consumer data in multiple backlogs
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and provide answers and direction to the product team
- Gather stakeholder requirements and map and list their importance based on key KPIs
- Work across disciplines and communicate competently with tech and non tech colleagues
- Evangelise the impact consumer data insights and activation has on our business
- Provide transparent progress updates to the Data & Insights team and manage general dependencies
- Coordinate and communicate with external vendors

Say hello to the Global Data & Insights team at Pandora. We are a group of 8 data-driven professionals who support the global marketing teams at Pandora with actionable insights. We have a data lake, a unified analytics platform and solid communication skills that help us translate data into business value. Your new team consists of data scientists, data engineers and an audience manager. Our mission is clear: We are here to deliver data-driven experiences in all consumer journey touchpoints, develop actionable insights to inform business decisions and have fun while doing it.
What is needed to succeed:
To succeed as Product Owner, we imagine that you have at least a bachelor’s degree in an IT, business or similar discipline.
Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (ideally in agile project or product management)
- Experience with writing business and functional requirements
- Sharp analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to drive decisions and results in line with business objectives
- Strong understanding of cross channel digital marketing and consumer data
- Exceptional organizational skills with a love for details
- Outstanding people skills
- Comfortable with talking to large groups of people in English
