As a Product Coordinator, you will support the Product Managers to coordinate the development of collections and use your strong organizational skills to ensure we deliver to the milestones during the development process. You will be a key member of the Design Development team within Global Product at PANDORA’s Global headquarters in Copenhagen. In cooperation with the Product Development team in Thailand, you will support the Design Development team in the delivery of the new collections which lives up to the designers intentions.
You will provide key support to Product Development Managers and Product Lifecycle Management:
- Monitor and coordinate new product development across collections: ensuring sample tracking status in excel or/and Product Lifecycle System (PLM) is up to date
- Support in Prototype and finished sample reviews with Creative Directors & Design Directors (preparation of samples and updating PLM)
- Prepare and organize samples before key product presentations
- Tracking samples, making sample requests & marking approvals
- Enter & update product information: color, material, size
- Facilitate key cross-functional handovers and sample distribution
- Coordinate and prepare Legal check meetings
- Support on MasterData and item creation across collections
- Styling and shooting new product samples for final product selection
- Assist in Pre-production sample reviews and maintain sample safe
- Proof-reading Product Presentation or Product Books
- Coordinate with Product management team on sizing of products
- Take delivery of sample shipments and prepare samples for shipment
- Prepare and present weekly status reports on Development Cycle progress and monthly legal reports
- Participate in Material Sourcing and Development meetings
- Monitor email requests, (downloading renderings, other misc.) and responsible for correspondence in team mailbox
- General clean up/organizing office space and delegate tasks to Student Assistant
Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:
- 1-3 years’ experience within another company in a coordinator role; jewelry experience is clearly a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for Product Lifecycle/Development process
- The ability to work well in a fast paced environment, comfortable with changes in priorities
- Detail oriented
- High quality written & verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in PLM system a plus
- Eye for visual design aesthetics, particularly in jewelry and visual presentations
