Client Solutions Product Manager – Medium Business


Copenhagen or Helsinki

What You’ll Achieve

As Product Manager you will enable aggressive, profitable growth of the Dell Client product lines (PCs, Workstations, Rugged Solutions, Thin Clients, Displays and Client Peripherals), within the Medium Business segment in close collaboration with local Client Solutions teams and global product organization. Medium Business continued growth is one of Dell Technologies’key priorities. Our Medium Business account teams focus on the transactional velocity and net new account acquisition, driving business both via direct customerengagement and through our Channel partners, offering our customers the flexibility and choice. Medium Business work with the customers of tomorrow as they grow and scale – and we want Dell Technologies to be their #1 technology provider on their journey. You will

·Ensure essential in-country product and competitive knowledge (local market insights) by driving sales enablement and Sales huddles with Danish and Finnish Medium Business account teams

·Provide subject matter expertise to Medium Businessaccount teams as the trusted advisor to keep the performance in line with growth expectations

·Leverage your thorough understanding of the Small and Medium Businessmarket and strong product knowledge to propose solutions providing the winning product strategy in key strategic RFP responses as well as for acquisition offerings

·Together with merchandising and online, drive actions to support the transactional and run rate business with promotions and offers on our ecommerce platform Premier

Essential Requirements 

·Strong language skills in English and Danish or Finnish along with Strong communication skills (including presentations to groups)

·A great understanding of PC business in Small and Medium Businessmarket, the technical environment, and customers’ pain points, with experience of creating winning solutions to address the requirements

·Strong analytical abilities with curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment and a proven track record in interfacing with customers & partners

·Demonstrated business management skills through effective planning and achievement of assigned targets and objectives

·Experience in using various resources to drive and motivate those around you towards achieving a common goal through passion for technology and products
